We are hiring HR Generalist Supervisor that will perform and oversee the delivery of high-standard human resources services. This role offers the successful incumbent a good mix of generalists hands-on and strategic HR functions across all business activities, including - Delivery of a full range of HR functions including, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance, remuneration, leadership and development, and employee relations - Maintain and further develop fit for purpose policies and practices throughout the organization to ensure legislative compliance and contemporary standards - Monitor and develop strategies in response to movements in the labor market - Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization in order to identify human resource needs and provide effective human resources solutions - Provide specialist HR and employee relations guidance and mentoring support to managers and supervisors - Maintain the integrity and development of organization design, structure, and role levels - Remain abreast of the changing industrial landscape and advise the organization as required To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience - Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business – Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or similar is essential - Recent experience in a Senior Generalist Human Resources role at least 5 years in the same position - A demonstrated awareness of contemporary and relevant trends and issues - Recent experience/employment history in the provision of HR services to the mining, mining services, or exploration sectors - A strong network in mining is desirable - Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation – UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law - Strong written and verbal skills, with experience in the development and delivery of good quality human-resource-related documentation as well as management reporting and presentation - Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs - Familiar with ESS, Pronto and hiring system is desirable - Proficient in English is a must In return - 28/14 FIFO - Professional development opportunities - Allowance, return airfare, meals, accommodation - Collaborative, team-centric environment - One-year contract possible to extend Please email your update resume with the expected salary at latest June 30th, with the title HR Generalist Supervisor_ Your Name’ to Direct message will not be replied at this stage, we will review your resume thoroughly with strictest confidential.
